Description (Service) | Clients and visitors are asked to wear masks in the centre. Provides primary health care, health promotion and community development services. Practitioners include physicians, nurse practitioners, diabetes educators, community dietitian, dentist, dental hygienist, health promoter, counsellor and community outreach worker.

Hours | Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm Food Cupboard (on main floor): Thu 9:30 am-12:30 pm - Drop-in. No pre-booking required. Please bring your own grocery bags/boxes. Food Market - Thursdays 1-4pm - all are welcome. |

Fees | None - for primary health services ; A limited number of programs charge a small fee to cover unfunded costs such as food for cooking classes, yoga instructors course manuals etc., however, these can be subsidized or waived based on ability to pay. There is a co-payment fee for Basic dental care service - potential for additional financial assistance. |
