Multi-service, volunteer-based community support organization that enables clients to experience a higher quality of life by strengthening their connections with the community.

  • Provides nutrition, transportation, wellness, in-home and hospice services to residents of Northumberland County
  • Programs and services help seniors, adults with disabilities, those recovering from illness or injury, and hospice clients remain independent and supported within their own homes and communities
  • Volunteers are a strong component of program delivery within Community Care
  • Services are available throughout Northumberland County in Brighton, Campbellford, Cobourg, and Colborne. See separate listings.
